- Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers
- Listen and understand the customers’ complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers
- Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department
- Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
- Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers
- Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
- Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
- Work at office
- Diploma in Engineering/Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institute.
- At most 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Support through Phone
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Willing to work in shifting and holidays
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office
- Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
- Must have multiple tasking abilities
- The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
- Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
