Role Overview:


This role requires a highly motivated individual who wants to work for Grameenphone’s brand team and specially the Social Media platforms. His/her core responsibility will be to maintain all social media platforms and develop contents for these platforms. Content budget, roadmap and overall curation will be core responsibility of the individual. The brand reflection must be in line with the core brand strategy and Grameenphone brand persona.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Social Media Strategy and implement plans to reflect core brand message on social platforms
  • Result-oriented social media campaign design and fit them with KPI
  • Implement the new social media tools to achieve results
  • Measure the success of every social media campaigns
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Need to have skills to translate the customers Social Media trends to communication and how to engage with contents
  • Implement the new marketing norms and bring the best result
  • Manage and Negotiate with the agencies to deliver on time by ensuring the quality
  • Work with the creative agencies and designers to ensure contents are engaging, informative, and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to bring new social media contents
  • Broaden the scope of collaboration in new avenues and add equity to the brand


Education Requirements:

  • Graduate from any reputed University


Experience Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant areas
  • Good understanding of social media and brand management


Other Requirements:

  • Insight driven: has to have an understanding of social trends
  • Storytelling: Good presentation and interpersonal skill to work with diverse group within and outside of the organization
  • Constant learner: Eager to draw inspiration from any sources of Social platforms
  • Strategic thinking: Holistic thinking in terms of strategy formulation & go-to-market plan
  • Creative: Provides unique and relevant solutions to problems which is apt for social media
  • Collaborative: Work as a team, Lead when it matters!
  • Flexibility: Social media demands working ours flexibility and openness to support the requirements
